Removal of the deceased from the place of death within a 25 mile radius of our office (1 Man), getting the death certificate signed from the attending physician or coroner, filing of the death certificate to obtain the cremation permit from county of death,  refrigeration of deceased until the day of the cremation, the cremation casket/container (corrugated fiberboard container), the actual cremation process (at our on site crematory) and a temporary plastic urn.

(Monday thru Friday 2 hours usage of chapel between the hours or 9:00 am to 3:00 pm).

Removal of the deceased from a private residence or board and

care facility requires the assistance of a second member of

our staff and will be an additional:                                                          $100.00
